Brownie with red beans, dark chocolate and nuts (no butter, no refined sugar, no flour)

In the kitchen, anything is allowed! The important thing is to know how to associate certain flavors together, and to have audacity! And healthy cooking does not escape this rule, that's why I incorporate in my sweet recipes ingredients usually used in salty dishes, like zucchini in this recipe of chocolate fondant.

• 400g of red beans (weight cooked and drained)
• 4 eggs
• 100g dark chocolate 80%
• 20g of bitter cocoa
• 30g of pure honey (to be adjusted according to the percentage of chocolate and your tastes)
• 1 sachet of baking powder
• 70g plain walnuts

Start by melting your chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave. Once the chocolate is melted, simply add all your ingredients (except nuts) in the bowl of your blender: first the eggs, then the red beans, honey, dark chocolate, cocoa and yeast . Blend everything until a smooth, lump free preparation is obtained. If you have the impression that it's a little liquid, it's normal! Crush your nuts and add them to your dough, making sure to leave some for the top. Line a brownie pan or baking parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes (to be watched by planting the blade of your knife, if it's dry it's ready!). Once cooked, take your brownie out of the oven and plant your nuts gently. Allow to cool completely before cutting into parts. by (roshealthy)
