Banana and coconut fritters

For 2 people

2 bananas
For the dough:
70 g of flour
2 tbsp.
tablespoon
caster sugar !
soup spoon of rum
15 cl of water
1 egg
peanut oil for frying

For the chocolate sauce:

5 cl of liquid cream 25g of chocolate spread grated coconut
1. In a bowl, whisk together 70g flour and 2 tablespoons caster sugar. Add the whole egg,! spoonful of rum and a pinch of salt. Add a trickle of water to make the smooth and creamy donut dough. Book.
2. In a saucepan, heat 5cl of liquid cream. Pour the hot cream over the 25g chocolate spread to make it melted. Mix well with a whisk. Book.
3. Peel the bananas and cut them into thick slices. Heat the peanut oil in a pan. Dip the banana pieces in the donut dough and dip them in the oil very hot. Remove from frying when they are golden brown and place on paper absorbent.
4. Pour a little chocolate sauce on a dessert plate. Drop the donuts sprinkled with grated coconut and a little chocolate sauce. Plant in each donut a small wooden spade.
5. To taste.
