Baked marinated lamb chops
Moroccan lamb chops marinated with cumin, paprika, ginger, turmeric, garlic and parsley confiscate within the home appliance. a simple thanks to organize a meal while not taking the head! i actually like this a part of the lamb that is therefore tender, sweet and very tasty which adapts to several spices, herbs and condiments (thyme, rosemary, coriander, laurel, mustard, lemon confit, etc.) in change of state, cooking, grilling or steaming and goes well with salads, inexperienced vegetables, grilled potatoes or sweet and savory dishes like wheat berry with raisins that I note you within the previous article! A faster management than the seven-hour leg of lamb, however, even thoughit's still greedy and salty. All that is still is to organize an honest Easter mouna to accompany the tea.

Ingredients:


8 lamb chops
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves, grated or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon of sweet pepper
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients of the marinade in a bowl and marinate the chops. Let stand for an hour or several hours in a cool place, turning the meat occasionally. Preheat your to 175 °.
Place the lamb chops on a baking sheet, drizzle with the marinade and then film the foil. Bake lamb chops for 30 to 40 minutes in the oven and finish cooking for 2 minutes in grill position.
